Recording for the second Engines album is underway and its sounding
like nothing before heard. It will feature 11 tracks including those featured on the Obelisk demo, re-recorded at our new studio in Notts. Some tracks have featured in live sets, others are completely new. The title will be undisclosed until production is finished. More updates soon...

HAPPY NEW YEAR - 10 January 2010
Tidings of joy to all your kin etc. The nation is in chaos after a bit of snowfall, can't wait till the economy takes it's second nose-dive and the food shortages kick in. Think it might be time to get some tins in! But all is not doom and gloom, nay - the Engines are here to brighten up your day with a bunch of killer shows lined up for the first half of 2010 (check the gig guide page). Plus we are on the look out for more - don't hesitate to contact us if you're from outside Notts and fancy a gigswap - we're gonna be organising some awesome nights in our hometown and need out of town bands to join the assault!

DAMAGED STOCK - 22nd August 2009
The Engines were pulled in last minute to play the mighty Damaged Stock Alldayer at Rock City Nottingham with metal compadres Evil Scarecrow. A most excellent and bodacious time was had by all - thanks to all those who came down at such short notice!

NEW SITE - 5th June 2009

ALBUM RELEASE - 20th April 2009
